The Red Earth Sangha meets for Zen practice every Sunday morning from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. in the Innerspace Dharma Room, Windsong Dojo, 2201 NW I-44 Service Road (near Pennsylvania), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. See locator map below.

Our typical Sunday morning practice includes:

• Welcome and opening remarks
• Chanting
• Sitting meditation
• Walking meditation
• Dharma reading, usually a kong-an (Japanese: koan)
• Discussion
  
• Recite the Four Great Vows

If you've never sat Zen practice, come about fifteen minutes early for instruction. Pillows and cushions for sitting meditation are provided. Wear comfortable clothes for practice. All are welcome join us. We hope to see you there!
